Refund policy

For items purchased in the store:

We have a 48-hour return policy, which means you have 48 hours after purchasing your item to return it to My Sister's Closet for store credit only.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

For items purchased online:

Please call the store (773-774-5050) within 24 hours of receipt of item if you would like to return an item purchased from our online store.
